Inspection & Assessment
Certified inspector evaluates substrate condition, existing coatings, environmental factors, and develops a specification-grade work plan.
Surface Preparation
Abrasive blasting to SSPC-SP 10 Near-White or SP 5 White Metal standards, depending on coating system requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Coating Application
Multi-coat application with DFT verification at every stage. Primer, intermediate, and topcoat applied per manufacturer specification with environmental monitoring throughout.
QC & Documentation
Complete inspection documentation including surface profile readings, DFT measurements, adhesion testing, environmental logs, and final inspection reports.
